ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Only electronically submitted abstracts will be accepted.
Deadline for submission: 1st of June 2019.

The Scientific Committee will notify the authors for oral presentation not later than 15th of June, 2019. The time allotted and exact date and hour will be indicated. Rest of abstracts will be notified as poster presentation (1,30 m high X 90 cm width). Final acceptance becomes effective only if the registration fee is paid.
Please read the following guidelines thoroughly before preparing your abstract. Scientific Committee will not consider abstracts, which have not been prepared in accordance with these instructions.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION GUIDELINES

- Abstracts must be written in English and should be structured in such a way as to include: Objectives, Material and Methods, Results and Conclusions.
- All abbreviations must be defined before being used as an abbreviation in the text.
- The content of the abstract is solely the responsibility of the author. The original abstract is reprinted exactly as provided. It is therefore essential that the abstract is correctly typed. Avoid errors, corrections and misspellings. - Abstracts should contain no more than 250 words (1800 characters) of text in the recommended font: Times New Roman, size 12 pts. Do NOT use a smaller font size.
- Use single spacing.
- Title should be typed in UPPER CASE letters in bold and not exceed more than 100 characters. Titles with more than 100 characters will be truncated.
- Please clearly indicate the name of the presenting author in the field "Presenter" bellow, who will be considered the contact person for all correspondence connected with this abstract.
- No endnotes or frames are acceptable.
- Abstracts sent by fax will not be processed by the Secretariat and will not be forwarded to the Scientific Committee for review.
- Abstracts should be saved and send as MS Word 97-2003 document (*.doc).
